During the Superbowl this Sunday, make sure you watch the ad #Likeagirl. The Like A Girl campaign is by Always, the director, Lauren Greenfield is an award winning American artist. She wants to educate, and empower young girls for the future. So she asked girls and boys of varying ages what it meant to run like a girl, throw like a girl etc. The answers were humiliating to women. With the new year upon us, I want everyone to have a year full of love and compassion. Not just love for yourself but for others aswell. There are people in need in every community around the world, and it is time to help them. I challenge everyone to donate or help at least a couple of times to a charity of your choice.
